@cars24india @Cars24Support I sold my car to Cars24 in Sep 2024, it is driven illegally post sale and has got multiple challans in my name, no RC transfer yet. Pls look into this urgently and take appropriate steps.

3. Why and who was driving the car illegally when the drunk and drive challan was issued?

@Cars24Support Thanks, unfortunately all challans issued by authorities are against my name (including drunk and drive Challan) impacting my profile. These are not paid for approximately 6 months now. What happens if the guy driving illegally hit anyone on the road, who will bear consequences?
