It's been 2 days since I landed in LA on @British_Airways flight 281. After two days of being without luggage no emails no updates from this amazing flag carrier. It's surreal how companies such as @British_Airways can operate without any protections for it customers m. My current update on the baggage at their site which has been the same since I landed is they are still trying to locate my suitcases, really don't know what to do at this stage but one things for damn sure never flying BA again
