Yet more hugely disappointing customer service from @jet2tweets following an issue raised in November. There were obvious concerns with a 9-month olds safety in one of their car hire firms cars, which had to be given back within 24 hours, and @jet2tweets have finally come back…

Provided some nonsense that the car hire company weren’t informed of our concerns with nothing raised with them directly…we gave the car back after 24 hours and had to hire off another provider as they wouldn’t help 🤦🏽‍♂️
