No cleaners to clean and reception staff going home at finish time leaving a family with young children stranded to sleep in car.
@LauraLooo87 @haven We were the same. Absolute joke. The security guard managed to get some clean bedding but not enough pillows for 6 of us and 3 kids under 8!! Reception staff just shutting when their shift finished didnβt help!! We came home early x
@haven We are here for a 40th birthday with a mixture of 8 families all with issues. The kids have missed out on all the first day activities. We need this sorted today ASAP for a new caravan or at least clean sheets and money back. If you could pm me urgently
@haven One of our friends told to return home at 7pm with a 10 month old baby. Not acceptable. Never got anything from reception not even a voucher for dinner to be paid as we couldnβt make our dinner as van was disgusting. Is there an emergency number I can call today to get cleanvan?
@haven Had to then call security again to bring us cutlery and plates for the children. Why was the van not cleaned in November!!!! A lot of issues on the park and a lot of people had the same problem combined with boiler not working for heating. Luckily we got our boiler working.
@haven Not amazing in Berwick. No caravans a available. When we got one it was disgusting hadnβt been cleaned since November! Staff at desk unhelpful then left for the night leaving the security guards to deal with it. Eventually got sheets from other caravans. Sleeping in dirty van
@OVOEnergy Been waiting 1 hour and then your customer service advisor hangs up. This is the second time and totally unacceptable. I have raised a complaint also and want this rectified immediately.
