Communication has been pretty terrible overall. @JetBlue app still says that we’re taking off at 8:07 and it’s 9:36. Kind flight attendants who are doing there best but I don’t know what to do next with my exhausted and hungry toddler who is melting down. Any help or info?
Our @JetBlue flight was supposed to leave just after 5. We boarded. Got taken off the plane. Waited two hours. Boarded another plane. Have now sat on this plane for 90 minutes and we’re just told we’re heading back to the gate and they can’t give us any more updates till then.
On a @JetBlue flight with our toddler that was delayed an hour and a half. On the plane our TVs aren’t working (literally just our row - rest of the plane is fine) and we were told that there’s no credit they can offer which they used to offer for broken TVs…
There is a new show in Times Square that caters to a younger audience -- some who can't even walk yet. CBS News New York's Lindsay Cayne shows us the sights and sounds behind this multisensory experience at @NewVictory Theater. https://t.co/mou7tZn4eO
Why? Because she’s brought a ludicrously capacious bag. What’s even in there, huh? Flat shoes for the subway? Her lunch pail? I mean, Greg, it’s monstrous. It’s gargantuan. You could take it camping. You could slide it across the floor after a bank job
Here’s the thing - pretty sure no one’s preference is to fly alone with a toddler. But the way other people treat you when you’re alone with a toddler, it’s like they are assuming that you made a specific plan to torture them and that they have permission to treat you like shit.
@JetBlue Amazing! Do I show them this tweet? How do we try to make that happen? Also this staff is very nice just these rules don’t seem to reflect what human beings actually need…
Very disappointing @JetBlue travel experience - traveling with a lap infant. Our row ends up totally full, but there are plenty of empty seats, even fully empty rows in the Even More Space Section (1).
@JetBlue All but one of the flight attendants are just sitting and hanging out. They offer to move us to a seat by an empty middle seat - in the very last row. (5)
