@Pat34773957@ArthurMacwaters I was born and raised in California. You do *not* need any form of ID to vote. In fact, they aren’t even allowed to ask you for ID, even last minute on the day of an election.
@avidseries An old professor once observed to me:
“You must look at the sort of person attracted to that work.”
He was talking about cops, but the same is probably just as true about politicians.
@ThatChrisGore@MrReaganUSA@bushido49ers They never clear out old names and addresses. (Last house I lived in, I got voter information for 5 previous residents.) The question is whether any of those supposed residents ever voted.
@drterrysimpson@JoshKraushaar Aren’t you embarrassed to be such a naked shill running damage control for this?
I notice you didn’t supply the missing numbers. Here’s more context & numbers:

@cryptillian@MrWinMarshall That’s what I mean by conspiracy. They were all in on it. Hiding the murder weapon, the phone, lying to the police while the victim dies, etc..
@NateSilver538 We used to have paper ballots marked by a fat roller pen. Perfect.
They mandated switching to no paper ballots & now it takes longer to count. Makes zero sense.
Vote by mail that doesn’t arrive by day of election should be excluded. That should be the deadline.
@Colonizingmaga@HRJR1776@libsoftiktok Lots of people doing drugs & drinking back in my day too. Human nature hasn’t changed all that much. I’m not saying people can’t try harder, but… not everyone has the same horsepower. Biology has a say in the wet machine.
@Colonizingmaga@HRJR1776@libsoftiktok I spent all my time drawing in class, reading comics & science fiction unrelated to schoolwork. Still got 99th percentile. I find it difficult to believe you got a 1600 if you think most people just don’t try hard enough. C’mon.
@Colonizingmaga@HRJR1776@libsoftiktok Point being, it’s easy for people who breeze through to think all anyone has to do is apply themselves, because that’s *their* problem…but not everyone has that tool set. It’s a bit cruel to think they do.
@Colonizingmaga@HRJR1776@libsoftiktok When was the last time you talked to someone who got an 800? There are lots of people who score below median on standardized tests. As many as score above.
I got way below 1600, but I was a slacker & still in the 99th percentile back when the test was hard.
