@TUIUK Just had a 3hour detour to Cardiff on Gatwick to Salzburg flight, so Tui could collect some spare parts for a different plane!! Not putting the customers first lol. Passengers can apparently claim €250 compensation if flight delayed >3hrs cc @SophieBennettUK @WhichMoney
