It’s obvious to anyone that watched the trial that whether or not you believe that Lindsay did it, the prosecution failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she killed the kids, or that she was of sound mind at the time— Which means legally they have to find her not guilty.

@smaquita__ @PissTaker069 It’s not. The law states you need to find someone guilty without reasonable doubt, if there’s doubt they’re not guilty and it was brought to the judge that ONE juror was not applying the law. They were going off of emotion and that’s why there was a mistrial
