I’m one day away from having to contact a therapist for anxiety. My job has never been more stressful in my life and I feel stuck due to the economy.

I have not been to a work event in close to 8 months. Had my first QBR yesterday. My social batteries were so drained, I went to bed at 9 on accident while putting the kids to bed. And my husband didn’t wake me up or anything. Slept 9 hours last night. That’s wild.
