The police attack on a rally held in Larkana by the Awami Workers Party (Marxist) against the division of Sindh and in defense of the unity of Sindh, as well as the arrest of Comrade Bakshal Thalho and several other party workers, is strongly condemned.
The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is displaying a clear double standard. On the one hand, it claims to oppose the division of Sindh, while on the other, it continues to crack down on peaceful protests by the Awami Workers Party (Marxist) and other political groups on the same issue, including attacks, arrests, and the filing of FIRs.
