Tyler James Kay, ex-CEO of @Infcomputingltd, went from dodging refunds to shutting down his company. Now, he’s serving 3 years in prison for inciting attacks on asylum hotels. From CEO to inmate, he's taken "career change" to a whole new level. Talk about a plot twist! 😅
@virginmedia Based on your response it seems can only sign post customer to the source of the problem. Such an interesting customer service you guys are providing.
Once again @virginmedia proved to be the worst company I have to delt with. Their customer service team is shocking, and they cannot deliver a resolution to my ongoing issue for more than 6 months. Why is @financialombuds not doing anything about it?
@virginmedia@financialombuds No problem. Since I can't not get any help from you guys - I deceived to leave you a trust pilot review with everything that happened today and also to inform you I won't be paying guys anymore. Please see the latest review with my name. 👋
@virginmedia That number divert me to Indian call center and I've wasted 3 hours of my time today already, so I won't be doing that again. If you need my personal information to look into my query than you can DM me directly.
@virginmedia Hi, I just wanted to thank Richard who handled my complaint very professionally and went the extra mile to resolve the issue, Well done Richard 👏🏽
@Infcomputingltd If your turnover is 4M than 95% of that money is from the back order during covid, and people are still waiting for their refund. You thought you had the whole world figured out by stealing people's money and labeling yourself as a CEO 😂
@virginmedia You guys sold me deal last year over the phone and but now no one is honouring that deal, resulting extra charges on my bank balance. I tried to call you guys but they are not being useful, can you please help me with this?
@virginmedia I was on a cheaper SIM tariff before, and I only agreed on the deal based on what I was told over the phone which i confirmed multiple times with the agent
@virginmedia I was told it's an 18 months contract I wouldn't be paying anything to O2 for the first 12 months and then it's £25 a month for the last 6 months. I asked him multiple times to make sure it's correct and be confirmed over the phone that it was correct.
