ମାନ୍ୟବର, ଏହା କଣ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତା ର ପରିଚୟ।
ଆମେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦୁଃଖିତ ଓ ମର୍ମାହତ ହୋଇ ଜଣାଉଛୁ ଯେ, ଗଜପତି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଜଣେ ନିରୀହ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷକ, ଗତ ଚାରି ମାସ ହେଲା ଦରମା ନ ପାଇ ପରିବାରକୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅସୁବିଧାରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିନପାରି। ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଦଶାରେ ଶିକାର ହୋଇ ଶେଷରେ ସେ ଟ୍ରେନ ଲାଇନରେ ଜୀବନ ହାରିଲେ ।
ମାନ୍ୟବର, ଏହି ଘଟଣା କେବଳ ଗୋଟିଏ ପରିବାରର ବିପତ୍ତି ନୁହେଁ, ଏହା ସମଗ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଆ ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅପମାନ। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଅସ୍ମିତା ଓ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପ୍ରେମ ପାଇଁ ଗଭୀର ଆଘାତ । ଯେଉଁ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନେ ଆଗାମୀ ପିଢ଼ୀକୁ ଗଢ଼ୁଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଯଦି ଅନାଦୃତ ଓ ଦରମା ବିହୀନ ହେବାରୁ ଏମିତି ଦୁର୍ଦଶାକୁ ପହଁଚନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ଆମ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ରହିବ କିପରି?
ତେଣୁ ନମ୍ର ନିବେଦନ—
1. ମୃତକ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ତତ୍କାଳ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ଦିଆଯାଉ।
2. ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିୟମିତ ଭାବେ ଦରମା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରନ୍ତୁ ।
3. ଏଭଳି ହୃଦୟ ବିଦାରକ ଦୃଶ୍ୟ ପୁଣି କେବେ ନ ଘଟୁ । ନୀତିଗତ ସୁଧାର କରିବାରେ ସରକାର ଦ୍ରୁତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପନ୍ଥା ନିଅନ୍ତୁ।

ଆମେ ଆଶା କରୁଛୁ, ମାନ୍ୟବର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀମହୋଦୟ ଏହି ଘଟଣାକୁ ଗମ୍ଭୀରତାର ସହ ନେଇ, ଓଡ଼ିଆ ମାଟିର ଗୌରବକୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଇବାରେ ପ୍ରୟାସୀ ହେବେ ।

ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଉଛି ୭ ଦୀନ ଭିତରେ ଯଦି କିଛି ନିଷ୍ପତି ନ ନେବେ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ପତ୍ରୀ ଆମେ ୨୧୨୦ ସାମୁହିକ ଆତ୍ମହୂତି ଦେବୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ବାସ ଭବନ ଆଗରେ ।

📢 Equal Pay for Equal Work is not just a slogan — it's a constitutional right! Yet, thousands of Vocational Trainers in Odisha are still deprived of this basic justice.

📌 As per Article 39(d) of the Directive Principles of State Policy, the State shall strive to ensure equal pay for equal work for both men and women.

📌 The Supreme Court in various judgments (e.g., Randhir Singh v. Union of India, 1982) has upheld that Equal Pay for Equal Work is a constitutional guarantee under Articles 14, 16 & 39(d).

Then why are Vocational Trainers, working full-time since 2016, still treated as contractual with discriminatory pay despite doing the same or more work than regular teachers?

We urge the @EduMinOfIndia, @LabourMinistry, @CMO_Odisha, @SmeDeptOdisha, and @PMOIndia to uphold justice and honour the promises made in multiple government campaigns.

✊ It's time to ensure:
✅ Regularisation of Vocational Trainers
✅ Equal Pay for Equal Work
✅ Dignity of Labour in Education

We ask the authorities :
When will justice be done for the backbone of Skill Education – the Vocational Trainers?

OSEPA ର ଭୋକେଶନାଲ ବିଭାଗ ରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଥିବା କଳ୍ପନା ହାଁସଦା ଓ ଅମରେଶ ମହାପାତ୍ର ବିଗତ 5 ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା VTP ସଂସ୍ଥା ର ଏଜେଣ୍ଟ ସାଜି 2120 VT ଙ୍କ ଅସୁବିଧାକୁ ଅଣଦେଖା କରି VTP ର ସ୍ବାର୍ଥ ସାଧନ ରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି। ତୁରନ୍ତ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବହିଷ୍କାର କରାଯାଉ।

ବର୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା 2122 ଜଣ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷକ (VT) ଓ 60 ଜଣ (VC) ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି.କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁର୍ଭାଗ୍ୟ ଉକ୍ତ VTP ମାନେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦାନ ପ୍ରତି ଧ୍ୟାନ ନ ଦେଇ କେବଳ ନିଜ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ପ୍ରତି ସଜାଗ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି. କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଠିକ ସମୟ ରେ ଦରମା ନ ଦେବା, GL / IV ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ପାଇଁ ଆଡ଼ଭାନ୍ସ ନ ଦେବା ଓ
