@arunshukla Even Rohit didn't play him. He was the captain from 22. I think recalling him based on IPL performance itself was a mistake. He was very good till 2019-20. Averaging 50 playing more away games than home. Then his form slumped. I agree about Hanuma though.

Just watched the Alpha teaser.

Alia is going to eat up Angelina Jolie's Lara Croft and Salt, Charlize Theron's Furiosa and Atomic Blonde, Kill Bill, John Wick and even Mission: Impossible for breakfast.

After seeing Alia Bhatt hold a gun for 30 seconds, I can confidently say action cinema has peaked.

Not to forget Alia's iconic dialogue, "Wolf ki beti wolf hi hoti hai, sir." Still gives me goosebumps.

Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif shouldn't even be mentioned as action stars anymore. They were merely participating in action films. Alia has transcended the genre itself.

In fact, she should be cast as the first 007 female James Bond.

Alpha could become the first Indian film to win an Oscar, and we'll all have Alia Bhatt to thank for making it possible.
