Nothing builds customer trust like repeatedly auto-cancelling orders after taking payment and then making customers chase 10 different support agents for answers. Brilliant work OFM team @amazonIN, @amazon!!
@AmazonHelp@JeffBezos@amazonIN@amazon@amazon really horrible team behind a great fake branding! No resolution but any of these clueless team, who doesn't even know how to address issues, or to escalate whom. And your web service trying to be a better face but again clueless or next steps. @amazonIN@JeffBezos

My message to @IndiGo6E and all airlines: Let’s support your staff who keep us safe, calm, and on time. Train them to assert authority when needed. Customers aren’t always right. But kindness always is. (7/7)
🧵Thread: A small incident aboard an Indigo flight 6E6515 made me reflect on how we, as passengers, treat airline crew — and how airlines respond. Sharing this not to complain, but to highlight a deeper point. (1/7)
Airlines — especially in India — must balance de-escalation with dignity. Crew deserve our respect, not to walk on eggshells around entitled passengers. (6/7)
A co-passenger across the aisle took offense. Not because of damage — but because his bags were moved. He reacted quite disrespectfully to the crew. Loud, annoyed, dismissive. (3/7)
I boarded my flight, seat 5. The overhead bin was partially filled. I was guided by the air hostess to stow my bag in my own row. She rearranged a few existing bags to make space. Nothing aggressive, just efficient. (2/7)
