@virginmedia Hi so speak to 3 different advisors to try and get an answer. Very poor customer service skills if I am being honest. All they want to do is fob you off tk another advisor. Turns out appt was booked for 30th Dec 2023. Why would they do this??

@virginmedia hi, I’ve taken the day off and waited in all day for an engineer, had no internet for 2 weeks, nothing over xmas and the engineer still not turned up. Called this morning to confirm and was informed someone would be out. Fuming 😡
