Yodel Appalling customer service - paid for parcel to be delivered yesterday - they mislaid it and ithas now turned up. As parcel urently required said I would go to local depot to collect it. Guess what they can't contact the local depot from the customer service system

@shls83 @virginmedia They don't seem to care because, in my experience, they really don't care. They could learn an awful lot from Virgin Broadband, which (also in my experience) offers decent customer service and delivery options that don't use Yodel, the laughing stock of all couriers.
