2️⃣ Fokuskan pilot project ke dua sasaran penting:
✅elektrifikasi 5.700 desa yang belum menikmati listrik, mayoritas di wilayah 3T
✅ penggantian PLTD >0,5 MW di pulau-pulau yang relatif mudah dijangkau secara logistik

Dengan fokus ini, program Presiden bisa langsung menjawab 2 hal sekaligus:

✅memberi akses listrik yang lebih terjangkau dan berkualitas bagi masyarakat 3T
✅ mengganti BBM untuk menurunkan beban subsidi dan BPP listrik 🇮🇩☀️
