@airtelindia I was carefully observing if i am connected to 5G and yes it was connected. I have 5G unlimited packed 899 Rs. And I was keep on refreshing the airtel app as well. All of a sudden it showed me data is over. Called customer care,but bad response. Call recorded attach.

@public MERCHANTS... DO NOT USE PAYTM MERCHANT ACCOUNT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. They cut all the charges even though their soundbox devices are not working. No one will come to repair and no solution from customer support

This is how your Agents responding for the soundbox charges levied on my merchant account. The point is soundbox did not working and no one came to repair. Moreover people from your team call me and speaking in Hindi, wer i shouting that I don't know Hindi.

I had a shop with soundbox and it was not working. Even after replacement it was not working and I requested to repair and no one came. I requested deactivate account and not done. Now Rs290 charged as rental fee for soundbox which was not working.

I had merchant account and the sound box did not work and raised tickets and still it was not working.

I have asked for terminating my account and they did not do that too.
