And if there is ONE piece of info that I can impart on you today, it’s just HOW vital the right niche is

Your niche is literally the foundation you are building your skyscraper on top of

If its shaky, you won’t go far. And evn if you do, it won’t hold.

It’s a make or break decision.

If you get it wrong, no amount of A1 copywriters or brazy automations, marketing strategies, sales funnels etc will help you

So, that’s why I’m here. To make sure you get it right from square 1.

First things first

There is NO such thing as a perfect niche

I know… “but Leevi, you said”

Just stfu for a second and let me explain

Hella youtube gurus claim they have the golden goose of niches but they’re rat fuck liars

Bc niches are like therapy sessions

Methods that work like thing of beauty for one person might land you in a pile of shit

Bc we’re all unique, and niches are centred around US

And we all have different

- backgrounds
- skills
- languages
- experiences
- cultural understandings

Just think about it in the most basic sense possible

Imagine you work as an accountant

Braziest mf accountant known to man like ben affleck

Hiding money for all sorts of mafias and cartels and bust-avoidal rate is 1000%

And then as part of a project, the company you work for needs to engage with the media/press to put out a statement

And they ask you to do it

Huh?

Make sense?

As in, does it make sense why thats a retarded mf thing to do?

Right, so in the same way

You might follow smeone who claims they made 7 figs working with AI-powered data analytics companies in turkmenistan

And you see this and think this is the way, the truth and the life

But you failed to see that the same person has:

- background in statistical analysis and data wrangling
- fluent in russian and did gap year there
- has grandad who fought for their independence from soviets in 1991

Understand?

Ofc they’re going to crush it in that niche

And you, with none of those traits, will fall flat on your plastic nose

So, this is where your unique strengths come into play

Ask yourself the following (and stop comparing yourself)

- “What skills and experiences do I have?”
- “What do I bring to the table that others dont?”

Could be language, industry insights from a job you had, or you just understand the culture

Best and more importantly, niches where you can PROFMAXXXX are those where you can fill in a gap

basic economics

Find a gap in:

- demand & supply
- sophistication levels
- unique angles/trends that aren’t being exploited

People love to overcomplicate shit and forget that everything is about people

Lets say Finland is home to the biggest and baddest lead gen agencies

Got the most killer protocols, terminator copywriters and sick proprietary automations and operations

They hands down get the best results

Then lets say, there’s a gap in the market in spain bc it has lots of companies in need of more leads, but no LGAs that speak spanish

Even if this brazy finnish LGA tries to enter that market, there is high friction bc they don’t speak spanish

But what if you do…?

Enter spain (without visa ofc) and BOOM

Market is yours. Total monopoly.

See my point? Trying to follow someone else’s high-level formula without understanding WHY it worked is a path to brokie-cuckness

Then let’s look at the sophistication gap

Being in this digital world, its so easy to forget that 99% of companies exist out there, in the real world

Brick and mortar type mfs who have no clue about this entire parallel universe

Massive gap between old school & new school

They are stuck in the past, using outdates methods and strategies and no one to tell them there’s another way

So, if you can bridge that gap with your services and educate them in the right way, you are their lord and saviour

Spark some untapped synapses and tap into old money

So to summarize, there are 2 things you need to do after you have finished this post (don’t fucking go anywhere until I say so, ok?)

1. List your advantages

Unique skills, knowledge, languages. Understand corporate law or nuance of garden furniture market?

2. Look for low-sophistication markets

Don’t reinvent the wheel. Find markets where you can crack them wide open, where this (SaTuRaTeD) biz model is completely new info to them

Bc at end of the day, its not always about the most glamorous or high-tech markets like AI, SaaS, cloud computing etc

Sometimes the gold is in “boring” industries like

- construction
- manufacturing
- logistics & freight

Not sexy but rich and ripe for innovation

So what do you do with this?

After you have completed activities 1 and 2, using this newfound clarity…

- pick a broad B2B industry
- do market research
- hop on lots of calls
- crack outbound
- refine niche
- repeat

And eventually, stick to it for long enough, you will 100% rip 2024

But it will take a shit load of time and energy to get through this, so prepare yourself for sleepless nights and battling demons
