I can no longer see the NO FOOD option during train booking on Shatabdi or Rajdhani.
Are customers no longer allowed to opt out of food & it is being made compulsory??
Default NO FOOD option in master list is not being accepted.

@Uber_India doesnt seem to care abt passengers or its own cab drivers. Complained to Safety team of @Uber_Support for my wife for a Noida cab- first complaint wasnt properly addressed, then complaint wrongly slapped & penalised on another cab driver in Guj!

Unable to issue credit card on Yono, or update KYC. For everything SBI says to visit branch. Whats digital banking for? Branch ppl often dont know why we have been sent!

If bank doesnt have KYC in records, how is account running till now?!

Customer has right to know & accept/reject which card will be allotted before card is sent.

2921911151, Train 12916, A3 attendant denying extra bedding for RAC ticket even though railway charges full ticket. He says this is the rule. How can overnight journey in shared seat be done by 2 people??

@TheOfficialSBI We had to go to bank as we had no option. Your bankers had no idea & asked us why it was deactivated. After visiting a few counters & filling form, it was reactivated. Just usual red-tapism & harassment for customers, without any online/call assistance.

Father’s online banking user id deactivated without intimation. Helpline agents not registering complaint. No option except visiting branch. Why take phone number then? Father is senior citizen cannot navigate alone. What kind of service is this?!

@canarabank Thats what I cant get through! Tried a dozen times. It is not accepting credit card number and sometimes disconnecting the call. It is highly irritating.
