@EurekaForbes new water purifier installed in Jul-22 under warranty is having recurring failures. Your technician asked us to buy new machine by paying full since it was an unfit machine sold to us. Escalation to CEO escalation team has also resulted in no action. Frustrating exp

@khapekar_sachin @EurekaForbes I have been waiting for service engineer from 04-Nov. Aquaguard water filter is down and no one has even called till now even after multiple follow ups with call centre. 5 days without drinking water. Thanks Eureka Forbes

@EurekaForbes Aqua guard down since 03-Nov and no service engineer has reported till now. No drinking water is available. No help from call centre, escalation. Service partner says no engineer available from 4-Nov till 11-Nov due to festival. Aquaguard is under AMC till Jul-2022
