Jio Fibre STB is not working since last 72 hours. Complaint raised, closed without resolution, reopened through care and closed again. Now customer care refused to register another complaint and insisting to repeat on off process which was done 25 times.

When you app gives the option to pay Rs 19/- as a protect promise fee for both secure packaging and open box delivery, why do the delivery guy deny open box and your customer support executives refuse to act. Please clarify.
