@IRCTCofficial I tried to book tatkal by SL ticket using @IRCTCapp but payment was debited from my account but the ticket was not generated. Even IRCTC not showing this failed transaction in my transaction history.

Now I raised my concern to E-Query portal but they closed it..

@HDFCERGOGIC Yeah, i checked and reverted on the same.. they are asking there for invoice but my car at still at workshop and pre invoice was already provided to surveyor yesterday after RI. Also they are mentioned one line *as per policy term and conditions* no term and conditions

My car got scratches on both sides in an accident. But HDFC Ergo only approved one side damage claim.
Everyone from HDFC Ergo was rude and misleading on phone calls.
Don't go for HDFC Ergo Insurance.
