@swatigar 50 percent!!!! It’s not less man. I have seen brilliant students ranked in top 100s who were left out because some other student ranked in late 10000s got a seat. When it comes to taking mid Sem exams it is these who are not able to study and keep up. And bring the merit down.

@ColSanjayPande I understand that not reaching on time is inexcusable. But they get admit cards only 5-7 days prior to exams. When a train ticket gets booked and is confirmed, more often than not the train is delayed. It is mostly these underprivileged children who were unable to reach on time.
