TAR Extension की मांग से न Profession degrade होता है, न उसकी reputation कम होती है—यदि मांग तार्किक है।

Date Rationalisation के बाद Tax Audit के लिए उपलब्ध समय 2 माह से घटकर सिर्फ 1 माह रह गया।

इसलिए Extension सुविधा नहीं, practical necessity है।

18 professional bodies have submitted representations (petitions/letters) to the Finance Minister and CBDT seeking an extension, of Tax Audit deadline to 31 October 2026 (some also request relief for Forms 10B/10BB and audit-case ITRs).

1961 se ITR aur TAR ke beech gap tha taaki records verify ho, galti nikal aaye aur report sahi ban sake.
Is saal woh gap sirf 1 month reh gaya hai.
Itne pressure mein quality compliance possible nahi.
