1) they’re saying they don’t have access to your systems
2) they’re saying they’re just a back office team who can’t expedite anything
3) they don’t even know or understand what the issue is

@santanderukhelp Yes I’ve registered a complaint but they’re saying there’s nothing they can do, don’t have access to systems & they’re just a back office team! I asked to speak to someone who would be able to help me more & was told no.

@santanderukhelp Waiting on funds to be transferred after a loan agreement. Told this would take 2 working days, but now being told at least 5!
There was a fault on Santander’s end. I did everything I was asked to do! No ones able to tell me whats happening or provide accurate info!
