It’s true that building in public isn’t always safe especially if your product isn’t unique and is mostly “vibe-coded.”
Most people work solo or in tiny teams of one or two people, which leaves them exposed if they build in public. Larger companies and VCs can easily spot these ideas, then rebuild the same product with far better-optimized features.
Because vvibe-coded Or not registered projects often lack a solid backend and refined UX and regulatory framework , these bigger players identify the gaps, clone the concept, improve it, and back it with strong marketing budgets.
As per me... We shouldn’t complain about this; we should learn from it. But , the people who capitalize on these ideas should still give proper credit
or even some royalties to the original creators who brought them forward. World is so selfish.
Just BUILD IN PUBLIC, they said.
A month ago I posted about my SaaS.
Last week a well-known startup that raised $10M+ shipped the exact same two features.
Maybe coincidence, maybe not. But competing without a budget and a 100k audience feels almost impossible right now.
Building in public on X is dangerous when you’re small.
But if you build in stealth, how do you get the traction investors want to see?
@vanshyadav1408 I would like them if cost is lower otherwise no sense of having them in India since it's a concern too btw Airtel also didn't get satellite based internet clearance?
@blessings_soul@Starlink If they promise for the price I would support it myself + if they agree to comply all Indian regulations btw airtel also didn't get approval for satellite internet
@yatharthmann Well I'm never concerned about shit data of mine but I didn't like how elon lecture and started caring about Indians suddenly without any logics to me until unless they gonna provide free service lmao
Dear Elon Musk,
I respect you sir but,
I heard about the controversy between you, the Indian government, and Indian companies. Well, you have your points you’re not getting clearance for Starlink in India, whatever the reason may be.
But then you suddenly realized that thousands of villages and remote areas don’t have internet, so they can use Starlink, which costs thousands of rupees to set up and then thousands of rupees every month.
Wow. It’s India. You also know where the purchasing power of people in remote areas stands.
But if you genuinely care about bringing internet to the people of India, why not offer free setup and reduce the monthly subscription to $10? Then I believe the whole of India would support your entry without any doubt.
Can you do this? For the PEOPLE OF INDIA?
I don’t think so, because it looks like you just want to target the government.
Also, Airtel hasn’t even received satellite Wi-Fi approval yet. Sir, I don’t know what you’re trying to do, but at least do some checks before saying things what if we say elon owns America and Trump?
It’s weird that everything seems to be happening within the same timeframe.
Starlink is licensed in over 165 countries and has spent five years complying with every single law and requirement of the government of India, so why still no license?
Is Ambani the real boss of India?
Well.. He can just ban indians from using x idc personally tbh
But the logic provided by elon musk for starlink access is senseless when it comes to remote areas I know he's great businessman but there's something called ppp if they can afford that much cost they can simply live in cities and get better internet access in 10-25× cheaper prices
@gameeeeeeeees@eurofounder@Anuraag8200@elonmusk He can just ban india, simple
Why do he suddenly wants indian market access indians are poor in Western views how do they gonna afford starlink sense?
Of course otherwise come with more cheaper plans if you talking about remote areas @elonmusk review economics more well
It's not like one starlink can provide whole village internet at one go if a person can spend 5k+ per month just for internet then he/she can easily move to cities.
Dear @elonmusk
This is OUR India
Our internet. Our technology. Our future.
We don’t need Starlink or Tesla to build our future.
India will build India.
Thank you, but we’ll do it ourselves.
Jai Hind!
So the CJP main target is @BJP4India , right ? They don't really care about students or whatever because they didn't show anything for jharkhand protest or punjab protest
Either they love congress a lot or they are getting huge money you believe me or not.
After getting dharmendra pradhaan resignation what happened? Trust me these people just ruining india internally. The people who participated protest before they weren't even students real one never do that shit with good iq at least.
