A disappointing experience with @Apple in India that I think people should know about.
I gave my iPhone 15 Pro to an Apple Authorised Service Centre for one thing: a battery replacement. The phone went in with a perfectly working display. It came back with a damaged display!

I've been an Apple user since 2010. All I'm asking for is fair treatment: fix the damage your authorised centre caused.

Days later, a different representative called with the opposite answer and no explanation. So which is it, @AppleSupport do you honour what your own staff promise on recorded calls, or not?

A service provider that damages a device in its care is responsible for that damage warranty status is irrelevant.
It gets worse. My assigned case manager assured me on a recorded call that I would not have to pay and that he would personally handle it.

Apple's response? I have to pay to fix it. Their reasoning: the phone is "out of warranty."
But this was never a warranty issue. The display wasn't faulty. It was working fine until your own authorised centre handled it.

Handed my iPhone 15 Pro to an @Apple authorised centre to replace a battery. They returned it with a broken display and a bill to fix their own damage. A case manager promised on a recorded call I'd pay nothing then someone else said pay up.

@Lord_Sugar Really disappointed at the selection process. Candidates are selected by the production company, not a single person with business acumen is involved in the process. This show should be renamed to business for dummies.

@McDonaldsUK McDonald’s in Cardiff: Made an order via self ordering kiosk, never got a printed receipt, when asked about it to a staff, he said “ I can’t help you with that”. Also, there are flies all over the kitchen, absolutely disgusting! That’s my last visit to McD!
