My favourite nephew on Indian soil invited my husband and me for an @OberoiHotels Chinese meal at the Delhi Oberoi! Quite courageous of him as we are both octogenarians and our company can't be called scintillating! And the PAX would've been no less !
I can't remember the names of the dishes but the use of colour in each presentation, mostly made up of finely shredded vegetables and delicate microgreens, is what made every dish look so appetising! A memorable ( and delicious), meal, for sure, and ever so wonderful to be remembered at this age!Thank you dear Asit!
