They know train is late via train number, for that they don’t need to reach indivial seat, but under incompetency of @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi IR is worst.

This is Indian railways 01449 . This train is late daily almost 10-12 hrs. Imagine in station u will reach after 10 hrs where u won’t get bus , auto to reschedule your hometown.
