@AirIndiaX The pending refund amount is Rs. 7683.  I do not need this amount in any other form, and need it credited directly to my bank account.

Also I had mentioned I would like to receive a call on Saturday 30th September. I never received a call from your end on Saturday.

@AirIndiaX This includes the flight ticket full amount Rs 11370 + Rs. 1000 for your express check-in service + Rs.5359 difference that I ended up paying for the other ticket.

@AirIndiaX The Refund received by me from your end was Rs. 10046.00. Rs. 11370 was my booking amount.
Rs. 1000 was NOT handed over to me and would be added to the refund, as assured to me by agent Suman Oza and her supervisor Shreyansh Shah.
