Billionaires are not the reason you can't afford healthcare.

Obamacare is the reason you can't afford healthcare.

[Davecryps @0xdavecryps]

HYPOTHETICALLY… IF I BOUGHT MY HOUSE FOR $125,000 IN 2002 AND THE COUNTY NOW SAYS IT’S WORTH $487,000, WHERE DID I ACTUALLY MAKE $362,000?

Did I sell it? No.

Did I receive $362,000? No.

Did somebody hand me a check for the new assessed value? Obviously not.

But my property taxes still go up because, on paper, my house is suddenly worth hundreds of thousands more.

That’s the part that doesn’t make sense to me.

This isn’t income.

It isn’t cash sitting in my bank account.

It’s a number someone assigned to my property, and now I’m being billed based on that number.

If my stock portfolio doubles but I don’t sell, I haven’t turned that gain into cash.

If my salary stays the same, I don’t suddenly owe more income tax because someone thinks I’m worth more.

So why does owning a home work differently?

WHY AM I PAYING TAX ON A GAIN I NEVER REALIZED?

A house isn’t just an investment.

It’s where people live.

You can pay off the mortgage, own the property outright, and still face a bigger bill every year because the value of the house went up on paper.

At some point, you have to ask what “owning” something actually means if the cost of keeping it can keep rising because of money you never received.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT WHETHER THE HOUSE IS “WORTH” MORE.

IT’S ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR VALUE YOU NEVER TURNED INTO CASH.

And people are starting to notice.

Socialism is the high school group project. You do all the work, as your teammates wank off. Because you are responsible, you pull all-nighters to get it done, then they all get the same grade as you. Now multiply that by a billion and the teacher has a gun. That's socialism.

Drove 6 hours to @GilletteStadium to see Zach Bryan and his band members walk out in a free Palestine tshirt. Fuck this bullshit.

Elon Musk, Larry Ellison, and Jeff Bezos spend $150B per year to directly employ nearly 2 MILLION people. Thats an average of $85K per year for 2 million people to put a roof over their head, feed their families, buy a car. I don’t have that insecure commie gene that makes people hate successful people. I see successful people and I admire them. Even when I’ve lost everything and am taking on SBA disaster loans, I still can’t fathom hating rich people just for being rich. Not all rich people earned their wealth…I live in LA, trust me, I know. But if you build a business and employ millions of people, I just don’t understand the hate. It’s pure envy and self-loathing. The irony is so much of this hate comes from people driving Teslas and ordering on Amazon while bitching on social media platforms powered by Oracle servers. This commie mentality is loserthink.

The cowardly Portland reporter who “exposed” tweets sent when a newly hired NBA play by play announcer was 15 years old has now deleted his Twitter account shortly after I tweeted this at him below. The opening of your newscast tonight @KGWNews should be a public apology.

Democrats in New York City are offering up to $100,000 in free forgivable home loans for first time home buyers to noncitizens

The loan helps noncitizens buy a home in any of New York’s 5 boroughs

Democrats made extra sure to let noncitizens know “You will not be asked about your immigration status when you apply”

The program is called HomeFirst and it is a public program paid for with city and federal funds

We are literally paying up to a $100,000 for noncitizens to be able to buy a home and that down payment assistance is forgivable if they live in the home for 10-15 years depending on amount offered. Meaning we paid for it

I’m at Superior Court in Thurston county listening to arguments for and against SB5974 before the judge rules.

A majority of the arguments are regarding “hate groups” affiliation.

An example of a hate group, and this should scare every one of you, is if you belong to a house of worship that has a “traditional position” on genders.

You heard that correctly. If you belong to a church who knows there are only two genders, you belong to a hate group.

@robbystarbuck Exactly
And it’s not like Dems are going to reduce the cost of fuel anyway

Hey everyone look at me I just got a 29 year old fired from his first NBA broadcasting job and ruined his entire career, because I saw he got hired so I went on twitter and keyword searched his account "Racist", "Black", and "Asian" and found something he posted when he was 15 years old.

Then I ratted it out to the Blazers organization so they could fire him.

THEO VON: “Will you define socialism for us?”

MAMDANI: “Socialism, to me, means that you will have WHATEVER YOU NEED to live a dignified life, and that it is the GOVERNMENT’S JOB to deliver on that.”

I’ve heard a line like that before. It came from a famous book, and it was describing the highest stage of communism.

OMG. Deranged man just tried to run over a @TheMaineWire reporter with his car.

The man claims the reporter was "invading people's privacy" by filming a story in public.

This is attempted M*RDER.

This hijacking story is INSANE but I’m looking forward to hearing the terrorists side of the story on Miss Rachel today.

🚨 Here is the full 38-minute video exposing America's deadly fentanyl crisis. In every major city in America you will find people "zombified" in the fentanyl fold who are stuck in a trance on the streets. Like it, share it, people need to understand how deadly it is.

Every 7 minutes someone dies from overdose in the US. Fentanyl is 50x more powerful than heroin and can be bought on the streets for less than $5. All major cities and thousands of lives are being affected each day by this drug.

Time for America to wake up to the reality of what fentanyl is and how it is killing Americans and our cities.

Huntington Beach has become a battleground in California politics. We’re one of the last cities willing to stand up to Sacramento, defend local control, support public safety, and protect the character of our community. That’s why this race matters.

I’m fighting hard to keep common sense and local control in Huntington Beach, but I need your help getting our message directly to voters. We’re raising money now for our next round of mailers to cut through the political noise and make sure residents hear directly from us.

If you can donate, even $25, $50, or $100, it makes a real difference. And if you can’t donate, sharing this message helps too. Help us keep Huntington Beach independent, patriotic, and focused on the people who actually live here:

I’m sure it’s totally legit that this woman who speaks zero English is driving a 70k Yukon Denali in my rural Kentucky county,

She walked in to the gas station, showed the Indian her phone, and walked out without needing to pay.

She probably just works harder than me.
