@JioCare You have to understand that it's impossible to wait for more 4-5 days without the internet. You have to deal some issues on priority basis. If I don't get a solution by eod I will move to consumer court. I can't compromise security of my villa for your staff shortage.

I am facing the problem since 22nd july, raised complaint, visit was scheduled on 23rd july, engineer didn't arrive, now the sms update says that engineer visit will be on 28th july. Kindly reschedule it at the earliest.

@makemytrip The hotels which were shown in during the booking are completely different in terms of services & amenities. Today we are in Batumi & the so called 5 star hotel doesn't have room service & all the amenities are unavailable due to reasons best known to them.
