I am not a successful trader. I got burnt degening on the latest fancy token out of greed. I followed influencers who seemed to know how to analyze charts. I own a few rugged NFTs. I'm probably part of the silent majority. We don't all make money in crypto and I'm surprised no one is saying it.
So how do I cope with that?
1. I DCA. I've been buying ADA every month for 2 years. My average cost is 0.33 USD. So yeah I hope we'll get back to 3.08!
2. I focus my attention and ADA on the projects I plan to use: @book_io , @EquineNFT , @CswapDEX and @cryptodino_io. If I use them, chances are that others will too.
3. I only invest what I'm ready to lose. It's all play money for me. That's why I could invest 10k ADA in @foreonnetwork , a betting project that may or may not deliver (building towards MVP at the moment, we'll see).
4. I have a long-term vision. Where will this project be in a year or in the next bull run? Because guess what, I don't plan to die until then, I can chill and wait.
5. I use @FluidTokens to put my money to work. I've been lending around 2K ADA and making an extra 100 ADA per month. Shout out to @AsriaCapital as well for airdropping me 500 ADA/month (off an 11K ADA investment last year).
These are the things that work for me. I don't have time nor mental space for the drama, the WL grinding, the chart checking, the flipping.
I felt the need to share my "boring" approach to counter the narrative of hype and greed. I feel like crypto is in "live fast, die young" mode. Put things in perspective, everything is a cycle. The bull will be back, just have fun until then and chill.

@DegenCreator Well written mate. It’s a taxing space to be an investor during times of tight global liquidity, and it’s even tougher to be a creator. Those that are here during the difficult times will come out strongest in the new cycle.
@AsriaCapital@cardano_whale It's worth mentioning that once a few people become consistent traders, treasury funds can be allocated to them so they can help it grow. It's basically a trading academy, financial independence through education. Good to see a successful trader sharing the wealth of knowledge.
@cardano_whale A major component of the project is its function as a trading education platform. Both the Founder NFTs and the Study Pass collection offer access to the educational course, the difference between collections primarily being the treasury trading rewards.
@cardano_whale Heya Whale,
My project, ACE Trading, conducts leveraged CFD trading activities using treasury funds in order to generate revenue and distribute rewards in ADA to holders each month. Each founder NFT is currently paying 25 ADA / month per token, or 125A / month per set of 4
@cardano_whale@claymates@VeggieMatesNFT @DerpBirdsNFT @YummiUniverse@cryptodino_io is one of the OG projects in the space, smooth non-custodial staking for both NFTs and the $dino token. P2E game scheduled to release Sep 1st. A reasonably small influx of capital into the token can send it to 0.05 - 0.1 ADA pretty easy. Worth looking into ☺️
@Jake_Shepherd1 @jpgstoreNFT@cryptodino_io
Take a look at the $dino chart. Look at the staking rewards per NFT. Each NFT is a playable asset in game to earn $dino. The token is required for breeding and in game resources and half is burned when spent. Need I say more?
$DINO coin has done 8x gains since yesterday while the @cryptodino_io collections (Dinos & Saviors) have done only a 2x.
You earn $DINO by staking your Dino/Savior NFTs and playing the game.
One of these assets is highly undervalued, what do you think will happen ?
If you have been asking yourselves what is this $DINO holding no. 1 spot in top gainers on TapTools, you should know that it is the token of an upcoming P2E game created by @cryptodino_io
Game is launching in 2 weeks if all goes well during testing.

With respect to Binance, I'm reading through the SEC complaint. It's over 130 pages, but seems like the next in a series of steps to implement chokepoint 2.0 in the United States. The end goal is a agenda based CBDC partnered with a handful of massive banks and end-to-end control over every aspect of your financial life.
A regulatory event is where you have a debate about compliance with a law or guidance. This event seems to be a polticial philosophical disagreement with the very existence of cryptocurrencies and what they represent. An unelected group of people have decided that concepts like self-sovereign identity, owning your wallet, and the freedom to control your economic agency should be removed from the masses and given to the "enlightened" few.
Honestly, what is happening isn't anything new. It's always the same fight between freedom and authoritarianism just with different players, technology, and words. It does seem like this event is a perfect opportunity for the entire industry to set aside it's fragmented nature and unite for a common sense set of rules and guidelines that can prevent the United States from slipping into a distopia that would make 1984 look like a vacation.
I'll have more to say later, but will close with we are going to be fine. Everything's alright and the future is bright for the industry.
