4. Special Tax exemption for setting up new Mining ⛏️ / Validator 💻 companies in India 🇮🇳

5. Banking access to Crypto exchanges 🙏🏻 💰

6. NFT Art 🖼️ sold by 🇮🇳 Artists should NOT be included in VDA. It should be considered as normal business Income.

7. Detailed regulation on “separation of customer funds” for all exchanges serving 🇮🇳 users 🥇

What 🇮🇳 Government doesn’t know:
✅ Crypto has uplifted many Professionals & Families (Devs, Marketing, Mods, Projects etc.)
✅ Crypto is the only way to fight Money laundering
✅ Crypto is much beyond only trading. RWAs is one of the emerging areas (if only RBI realised 😫)

❗️It is very unfortunate that we as a nation want to push the best of our talent and businesses outside the Country with ridiculous and outright fraudulent tax system 🥵

❗️ Every crypto professional who can afford to, is at the first option, leaving the country.

So the main Question remains :

How will India 🇮🇳 have its AmritKaal or will it only be Kaal? 🥲

I hope some sense prevails and The Government comes out of its Ivory tower 🙏🏻
