@BungieHelp playing destiny 2 in Pakistan, constantly getting error Arugula, the only solution is using a vpn. Is there a fix to this issue? If my internet was at fault then the vpn wouldn't work, so what gives?

I am unable to access the ubisoft connect ornaments in game, I have the game via ubisoft connect subscription service.
Also are the cosmetic dlc such as amusement park and city lights included with the subscription or are they separate purchases?
