Really good turnout at the #aip Southern Regional at @ParentsParadise. A day of learning and networking for over 40 industry operators on topics such as #HumanResources and problems facing the industry. Thank you to all of the sponsors today and for Parents Paradise for hosting.
A survey carried out by AIP has revealed only 69% of children’s indoor leisure operators expect to survive the next 12 months. The carnage at the top of government is only fueling this fire. Leisure operators are heading for a cliff edge situation in April without further help.
This week we will be attending the first @AsscIndoorPlay Regional Meeting in York ✨
We're looking forward to meeting other AIP members for the first time, listening to the guest speakers and visiting the incredible Web Adventure Park 🎡🎠 #AIP#York#IndoorPlay
Since the start of the pandemic all AIP members have been strongly advised to monitor their air quality and many of the centres have made investments in air monitoring equipment and ventilation systems to ensure Customers have quality air to breath. .@UKHospKate
@StevenageBC I think you need to make this clear that is it COUNCIL run playcentres and not commercial ones... this is very misleading and already the press is reporting it as the closure of commercial playcentres which is causing businesses to lose trade.
Having effectively been under restrictions for our last two peak trading periods. We have offered and made solutions to Government over the last 12 months but not had any response.
@yorkshire_free@ChrisMusson@HumzaYousaf @PHE_uk Good to see .@ChrisMusson holding .@HumzaYousaf to account for ridiculous comments. Mr Yousaf has failed to provide our members with ANY credible evidence as to why 'Softplay' is being targeted in Scotland whilst other forms of Indoor Play can continue https://t.co/TVB8zS6gvu
@yorkshire_free@ChrisMusson@HumzaYousaf We would like to see the clinical / health evidence from Humza Yousaf regarding this statement and the targeting of our members. .@PHE_uk have no records of any outbreak attributed to Indoor 'Softplay' so we call upon .@HumzaYousaf to provide evidence to back up his statement.

Indoor play can be part of the solution and we call on UK Gov to engage with us and our members to ensure that children have the best chance. .@BorisJohnson .@DCMS
@thebodycoach Would it be possible to engage with you around keeping our Customer's active? We represent over 200 of the UK's Indoor Play Centres and we know how much our parents and kids love you. #keepkidsactive
