This is remarkably similar to Ohio's Speaker of the House @matthuffman1 single-handedly blocking Medical Freedom bills. For several years, Ohioans have clamored for safety from government overreach, dictated medical protocols, and the freedom to work with our preferred doctor on remedies that we feel best, without pharmacists or big-pharma working to block our doctors' recommendations. Matt Huffman is reportedly receiving mega donations from Big-Pharma and Mega-Hospital, which may help explain why he's blocking universally desirable bills from getting to the floor for a vote. As things stand, it appears #Ohio has the votes to pass meaningful legislation on this issue, but Speaker of the House @matthuffman1 is blocking HB12 from getting to the floor for a vote. Yet another example of why you’re unqualified and radical ideas would undermine Ohio election's.

Instead of fearmongering and gaslighting voters, try informing them of the FACT that Ohio is NOT in compliance with federal law establishing a uniform ‘Election Day’ 2 U.S.C. 7 and 3 U.S.C 1 which requires votes be established and received by the election date established in law.

SB 293 assures Ohio gets into compliance with federal law which was upheld by the United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit in Republican national Committee Vs. Wetzel (2024) that set "the day by which votes must be cast by voters and received by state officials.”

So basically your radical position is that votes should continue coming in after Election Day and be counted even after a winner has been declared. A vote for Russo is a vote for Venezuela style Democracy.

Makes me wonder what Ohio Speaker of the House @matthuffman1 's role is. It seems Ohio has the votes to gain Medical Freedom but Speaker Huffman is holding up the bill/not allowing a vote. Next let's check his campaign finance reports. @AssembleXOhio @OhioRinoHunters watch:
