The Republican legislature holds the safety of Ohioโs water in their hands. Will they take action to pass laws to protects us and future generations? @OhioSenateGOP@OHRGOPCaucus
For the last 1.5 years, the Ohio House Medicaid Committee has been working to protect the taxpayer while serving our most vulnerable citizens. As a member of this committee, I can attest that especially over the past few weeks, both sides of the aisle have been working together to honestly find policies to eliminate fraud, waste, & abuse.
Last week, Speaker Huffman added three members of leadership to the Medicaid Committee. These three have taken over the process from the chair, and yesterday they presented a 177-page substitute bill that had been released just a few hours before committee began. This was an ambush! Turns out, the details of this sub bill has provisions in it that totally blow up Medicaid in Ohio and will have the exact opposite effect of what we have been working towards.
Last General Assembly we had a rule that required all amendments and sub bills to be available by midnight the day before adopted (The Cinderella Rule). This rule gave some time for amendments to be read; however, this rule was eliminated in this GA. The result has been that time and time again, members have been forced to take votes before seeing the bill, and then only later getting the details. Yesterday, leadership hid the ball again, and in doing so, left the original members of the committee who werenโt part of crafting the sub bill holding the bag.
This is the latest example of the style of leadership the Ohio House is under.โdo what we say or else. Believe me, I know firsthand!
And most unfortunately, this trick yesterday probably wasted an opportunity to truly protect the taxpayer. We were on a path to make major and positive reforms to Medicaid in Ohio to weed out Fraud, Waste, and Abuse; however, now with this sub bill and the way it was handled, how can we trust what we are being told by leadership?
Simply put, we cannot.
Oh, and to be clear, Iโm a โNoโ on this SubBill.
These were the questions that OAMF submitted yesterday to Chairman Holmes to be asked of the top Data Center Companies. These are questions that citizens deserve answers to.
These specific questions were NOT asked and they need to be answered by Meta, Google, and Amazon. These answers should be requested IN WRITING if they are not publicly answered during testimony video.
If the Data Center Safety Commission is serious about their mission then they will request and make public the answers to these questions. If not, then this is nothing more than political theater and will likely result in disastrous election outcomes in November.

Why havenโt any of the committee members been asked any of the questions that were submitted by Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom and our chemical expert witness Stephen Petty?
This list was submitted to Chairman Holmes office yesterday afternoon.

1. How many of your current facilities are operating using an evaporation loop systems and how many of your proposed facility sites will be operating on evaporation loop systems?
2. Can you provide us a list of all of the chemicals used in your processes, that are both regulated and unregulated? Does the Ohio EPA have this list?
3. How often do evaporation loop system facilities need to discharge waste water and How often do closed loop systems need to discharge waste water? Follow up: Approximately how many gallons of waste water would be released during each of these discharges?
4. Do you test for both regulated and unregulated chemicals present in your discharge water? if so, which ones?
5. Do you monitor the chemical and biocide levels in your cooling system loops? if so, how often?

@TimBach93676552@RepMikeDovilla Teska is fantastic and absolutely wants the fraud cleaned up. She is one of the Reps. who always stands up for whatโs right for the people and for the constitution and she does not vote for wasteful spending ever. You are extremely lucky to have her. โค๏ธ๐บ๐ธ

A HUGE OGO shoutout goes to State Senator @AlCutrona.
Just moments ago, Senator Cutrona took a bold stand on the Senate floor by voting NO on S.J.R. 10 and calling attention to the massive loophole this resolution leaves wide open.
As currently drafted, S.J.R. 10 does NOT require photo ID for mail-in ballots the same way Ohio already requires photo ID for in-person voting.
That means it fails to fully secure our elections.
With his NO vote, Al Cutrona stood for stronger election security and for the confidence every Ohio gun owner deserves to have when they cast their ballot.
If you see Senator Cutrona, be sure to thank him for standing up for election security and standing with Ohio gun owners!
@WRDCBiotechbabe@OAMFStephanie Citizens within a 5 mile radius of our proposed data center should absolutely have a vote on the ballot just like any other Levy or local Measure. We are advocating for this with the legislature.
Google is moving forward with plans to release 64 million bacteria-infected mosquitoes across parts of California and Florida.
As part of a large-scale biological intervention that many Americans are unaware of. Millions of lab-raised insects could soon be released into local communities.
The stated goal is to reduce wild mosquito populations by releasing male mosquitoes carrying Wolbachia bacteria, a strategy designed to disrupt reproduction in the wild population.
@JustinWeRchange joins me to discuss why programs like this could have unintended consequences and what happens when big tech companies become involved in projects with potential public health and environmental impacts.
Flu shots were added to the childhood schedule to invoke the liability protections for their pharma manufacturers and vaccine administrators under the 1986 Act that kick in once the vaccine is added to the childhood schedule, not to offer any protection to children. These liability protections spill over to adults harmed by the vaccine. Kids are paying the price with vaccine injuries so vaccine injured adults canโt sue the drug company. There were very poor studies before justifying their use on children and now a large study proves they didnโt work. Anybody who still gives these flu shots to children under a false pretense they are helpful to them should have their professional licenses removed.
๐จ The Ghostwritten Glyphosate Paper
After the International Agency for Research on Cancer classified glyphosate as a probable carcinogen, a paper defending its safety was publishedโjust before the United States Environmental Protection Agency made its decision.
Court documents later revealed that Monsanto had significant undisclosed involvement in drafting that paper.
That same paper was cited for years to claim Roundup was safe.
This wasnโt speculation.
It came out in court. Under oath.
Transparency in science isnโt optional.
