@DisgruntledGeni There really should be half an hour of no appointments at the end of the day to clear the last people out. Nothing like picking up a duplicate photos appointment 5 mins before shift end, or a customer with a vintage machine sent in for an impossible repair by AppleCare.
@Texpert_ Haha we have a manager that meets up everyone in the last hour and destroys our wait time. He’s also awful at receiving feedback so it took ages to sort that out.
Today we were talking about pairing products. You know... Apple TV and PlayStation controller, Watch and headphones etc... Someone remarked “Epic games and Apples 30%” 😂🙊
@Independent If you think that’s bad please please have a look at what’s going on at the DVLA. I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for a license renewal and there are key workers waiting to get their ID for longer.
