The @Asteroidcto community has been working hard on $ASTEROID since 2024 building a large community of 10’s of thousands.

You have already done an article on it, it is now faced with vamps in the space of “OG” Asteroid tokens that were created before it, abandoned with no community for years.

At 15 years old, Liv Perrotto’s biggest dream was to meet @elonmusk. She had even written out a list of questions to ask him. Her mother @rebeccaperrotto told me that just days before she passed away from cancer, she had a chance to speak with Elon, but she was too tired and asked him to call later. 1️⃣ The first Shiba in space, traveling aboard a SpaceX rocket, representing charity, space, technology, and dreams!

2️⃣ Elon Musk has shared videos of Asteroid Shiba multiple times. Liv, the designer of Asteroid Shiba, even attended one of Musk’s talks, participating in a live Q&A session—making #Asteroid the first meme coin to directly engage with Elon!

3️⃣ You can purchase Asteroid Shiba plush from the official @SpaceX and @PolarisProgram stores, with all proceeds donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our community has come together to purchase these plushies and make on-chain donations in $ASTEROID to support the hospital.

4️⃣ Asteroid Shiba, alongside the Polaris astronauts, made history by traveling the farthest distance from Earth ever recorded.

5️⃣ During SpaceX’s live broadcast of the spacewalk, Asteroid Shiba was featured prominently, with its design and story highlighted.

6️⃣ Liv Perrotto, the designer of Asteroid Shiba, is a passionate space enthusiast who can recount every space rocket mission. After surviving cancer in 2021, Liv hopes to follow in the footsteps of Hayley Arceneaux—a fellow cancer survivor and astronaut. She aspires to be the first astronaut child and was invited by Polaris to design the zero-gravity indicator, Asteroid Shiba.
