In the wake of arrests of podcasters Narek Samsonyan and Vazgen Saghatelyan, justifying criminalization of free speech, western-funded NGO and liberalism posterboy Daniel Ioanisyan posts the following:

"There is freedom of speech in the Constitution, but no matter how much I searched, I did not find in the Constitution either the freedom to publicly curse or the right to utter sexual insults on air.

Everyone has the right to criticize the government, it is a useful activity, but cursing and sexual insults are not OK.

And it is good that the state is fighting against it, otherwise we will witness reprisals, as happened with a famous curse blogger, whom the Restart guys threw into a trash can.

PS: In any case, when you're arresting someone you shouldn't you twist the arms of someone who is not resisting."

❗According to the information received from the Stepanakert’s morgue by the Office of the Human Rights Defeder, as of 20:00, there are 25 victims as a result of the full-scale terroristic attack by Azerbaijan, among whom 2 are civilians.
Due to the absence of fuel and communication the transfer of the victims and injured persons to Stepanakert is obstructed.

It is impossible to establish connection with the medical institutions of Askeran and Martuni at the moment.

On the recent days 3 wounded civilians have died at hospital. Also my staff today was informed on 3 new unreported civilian deaths who were killed by #Azerbaijan.
So, the overall civilian casualties is now at least 31 in #Artsakh/#Karabakh, we'll publish the updated names later.
