Yesterday at the White House, leaders from across our industry came together to sign the White House Accord on Super Intelligence.
The principle is simple: the companies building this technology have the primary responsibility to develop and deploy it safely, and to be accountable when they fall short.
The Accord reinforces that responsibility with robust internal controls, independent external evaluation, and board level oversight.
Super Intelligence offers an extraordinary opportunity to advance discovery, productivity, security, health, and prosperity.
The future of Super Intelligence will be shaped not only by what it can do, but by the confidence it earns. By building with ambition, rigor, and responsibility, we can help ensure this extraordinary technology expands opportunity and improves lives for generations to come.
Antonio Gramsci – The Most Dangerous Intellectual of the Twentieth Century.
Not the most famous. Not the most read. The most dangerous and the most consequential – because he was the one who figured out why the revolution kept failing, and what to do instead. The man who invented the long march through the institutions.
Everything that followed — the Frankfurt School, the Fabian Society’s operational model, the WEF formation pipeline, the captured university, the HR department enforcing approved speech — is downstream of what he wrote in a prison cell in Mussolini’s Italy, in code, between 1929 and 1935.
1. His central question: why hasn’t it happened? The working class was supposed to rise. The contradictions of capitalism were supposed to produce the revolution. They hadn’t – not in the West. Gramsci’s answer was precise and devastating: because the ruling class does not maintain power through force alone. It maintains power through cultural hegemony – the control of the ideas, values, and frameworks through which people understand the world. The worker who accepts that the existing order is simply how things are will not revolt, regardless of his material conditions. The revolution requires cultural change first.
2. The instrument was the long march through the institutions. Not the barricade. The school, the university, the media, the judiciary, the civil service, the cultural establishment – every institution through which a civilization transmits its values to the next generation. Capture these, fill them with people who share the counter-hegemonic project, and the cultural assumptions that maintain the existing order gradually dissolve. No barricades. No visible moment of rupture. Just the slow replacement of one cultural hegemony with another.
3. The educational capture was the masterpiece. Control the curriculum and you control the categories of thought available to the next generation. Not by telling them what to conclude – by shaping what questions they think to ask, what they consider obvious and what they consider unthinkable. The generation educated after the long march does not need to be told what to think. It thinks what it was formed to think – and experiences that thinking as its own.
4. He also theorized the organic intellectual – the person who translates the theoretical framework into stories and assumptions that circulate through the culture without appearing ideological. The film that makes the existing order seem absurd. The journalist who frames every story within the approved assumptions. Gramsci understood that culture is politics by other means – and that the side that controls the culture wins, regardless of who wins the elections.
5. This is not a conspiracy theory. It is a published, documented, widely taught strategy that the left implemented consciously across the entire Western world. The 1968 generation put it into practice in the universities. They became the professors, the journalists, the civil servants, the judges, the HR directors of the decades that followed. The march took fifty years. It worked.
6. Mussolini’s prosecutor said at his trial: "We must stop this brain from functioning for twenty years." The brain did not stop. It produced thirty-three notebooks – smuggled out, published, and became the most widely read Marxist text in the Western academy after Marx himself. Gramsci died in 1937, six days after his release, at forty-six. He did not see the march he theorized. He did not need to.
7. Every captured institution, every transformed curriculum, every HR department enforcing approved speech, every content moderation policy suppressing the unauthorized voice – all running the program Antonio Gramsci designed in a prison cell, by a brain that was supposed to have been stopped. It wasn’t. And neither was the march.
Until now – because the distribution monopoly that made its outcomes enforceable is cracking. The counter-march has begun. It just doesn’t have a name yet.
Mal ehrlich: Was soll das bringen?

Elon Musk goes into detail about the dark realities of indoctrination at public schools.
“The amount of indoctrination happening in schools and universities is far beyond what parents realize. Kids today are having a completely different experience than we did”
Elon Musk reveals why he launched his Tesla Roadster into space.
"I fully expected this flight to fail."
Musk was talking about Falcon Heavy's first flight.
Since he thought the rocket might fail, he didn't want to put something boring on top of it.
Instead, SpaceX launched his personal Tesla Roadster with Starman sitting in the driver's seat.
The car is now traveling in an orbit that takes it between Earth and Mars.
And according to Musk, it could remain up there for around 10 million years.
Imagine taking your everyday car and accidentally turning it into a piece of space history.

The more you watch Elon, the more obvious it becomes how much one person can shift the trajectory of humanity
He is not playing the same game as everyone else
Most people try to optimize for
“How will this look?”
Elon keeps returning to these questions
• Is it true?
• Does it violate the laws of physics?
• Does it move humanity forward?
That mindset explains everything
That’s why he bought 𝕏 and turned it into the platform where truth shines brightest
That’s why he kept building rockets even after the world called the explosions failures
That’s why Tesla and SpaceX pushed manufacturing deeper into America instead of treating production as someone else’s problem
That’s why he’s building Grok to relentlessly pursue truth
That’s why Starship exists: not to make a slightly better rocket, but to make humanity multiplanetary.....just think about the scale
People think Elon’s secret is money
If money were the goal the story could have ended when PayPal sold to eBay. He was already enormously wealthy
Instead he put everything back into problems that looked impossible and came close to losing it all multiple times while solving some of humanity’s hardest challenges
That is the part most people still underestimate
Without Elon pushing through years of brutal hard work and building what others called impossible none of what you see today would exist
He is not optimizing for the next quarter
His goal has always been to move humanity forward
At 12, Elon Musk was sent to a South African “veldskool” — a paramilitary survival camp he later called “a paramilitary Lord of the Flies.”
Kids got tiny rations of food and wate and were actively encouraged to fight over them. The bigger boys punched the smaller ones and took everything. There, Elon was beaten twice and lost ten pounds.
Four years later he returned almost six feet tall, built like a bear, and armed with some judo skills. “I realized if someone bullied me, I could punch them very hard in the nose. They might still beat the shit out of me — but they wouldn’t come after me again.”
Despite a difficult childhood, Elon didn't break down, he didn't get angry at the world, he just learned to stand up for himself. And now this same boy is building rockets to Mars, electric cars, and neural interfaces so that humanity can survive and go beyond Earth.
Elon Musk sent every Tesla employee a memo that took authority away from their managers and handed it to them.
He never asks for more hours. Every rule moves a decision closer to the person doing the work.
Musk: “Excessive meetings are the blight of big companies and almost always get worse over time.”
Companies have a role for everyone who creates process and no role for anyone who removes it. Meetings and approval chains survive because removing them was never anyone’s job.
Musk: “Walk out of a meeting or drop off a call as soon as it is obvious you aren’t adding value.”
Attendance has always been treated as proof of commitment. He made it worthless, and contribution became the only thing that counts in the room.
Musk: “It is not rude to leave, it is rude to make someone stay and waste their time.”
Ordinary manners protect whoever called the meeting. He moved that protection to everyone else sitting quietly with real work waiting on them.
Musk: “Don’t use acronyms or nonsense words for objects, software, or processes at Tesla. Anything that requires an explanation inhibits communication.”
Internal vocabulary converts knowledge into status and charges every newcomer a fee to participate.
A company that speaks plainly can absorb talent at full speed.
Musk: “Communication should travel via the shortest path necessary to get the job done, not through the chain of command.”
Most good ideas die in transit, three levels below anyone with the power to act on them.
Musk: “Any manager who attempts to enforce chain of command communication will soon find themselves working elsewhere.”
The only threat in the entire memo. A manager who insists on being routed through is buying his own relevance with everyone else’s time. Musk put a price on it.
Musk: “Always pick common sense as your guide. If following a company rule is obviously ridiculous in a particular situation, the rule should change.”
Following a bad rule normally shields you. Exercising judgment exposes you.
He flipped which one carries the risk, and every rule now has to earn its place against the person applying it.
Every institution drifts toward protecting its own comfort. The ones that keep building are held together by people who rewrite the rules back down to something a single person can act on.
Nothing on that list requires a budget, a headcount, or a title.
You can run the entire memo from wherever you are sitting right now. Most people never test it and never learn it was permitted the whole time.
🪧🤔 That all sounds great, but it should also be explicitly mentioned here that such schemes are also a massive token-destruction machine, and you can go bankrupt with them if you haven’t already built a well-oiled money-printing machine to finance such “Claude casinos.” That’s also part of the truth.
