Hello i have to register a complaint against @JioCare they charged me fiber installation but then denied service now they are providing me my refund.

@JioCare If the service denied then refund should be made. Why the so many sr raised and other tantrums rather just giving my money back.

@JioCare I don’t understand how many time only i have to be assured rather than getting proper solution. If you are not providing service then my money should be refunded.
That’s simple concept but what issue you are having for not getting for this concept.

But this not first time you guys created service ticket i have collected more than enough ticket without any resolution this just added one more.

First promised to install fiber then inform refund will initiate even after 10 12 days you can’t initiate refunds??
