Whenever they wish they can credit. I gone to that stage. Send ur ticket no, feedbk ref no and bank statement to their mail address

Wasted lot of time and undergone tremendous stress but no positive response till. I lost hope of getting refund from these cheaters. If anyone knows any legal process to file a complaint, I would do. That much of hatred created by them.

@airindiain Same reply for the last 30 days. I said it already exceeded a month which means beyond 30 days. Not received yet. Atleast provide the reason for the delay. Please don't cheat us blindly.
