It’s really obvious if you know your fallacies. And there are experiments you can do to disprove the current model or at least put it into question. For example if water bends at a certain rate based on the circumference of a globe with the center of mass being the center of gravity, the curve could be measured in a fish tank. It’s only an issue of scale and equipment precision. No such experiment ability or instrument currently exists.

Ironically, flat earthers displayed a lot of the same behavior with the alleged 24 hour sun in Antarctica. Proving a model is extremely difficult and the issue is most people can’t just not know.
The earth not being “the globe” doesn’t prove anything. And there are infinite possibilities. For example matter could possibly just “render” when a conscious being looks at it. Etc. obviously I’m not saying that’s the truth but it’s one of infinite possibilities.
