यूपी पुलिस जिस एक लाख के इनामी बदमाश योगेश भदौड़ा को दिन रात ढूँढ रही थी, उसे एक ही झटके में उत्तराखंड की ऊधमसिंह नगर पुलिस ने “दबोच” लिया। “सिंघम टाइप” इंस्पेक्टर विक्रम राठौर ने अपनी “जान पर खेलकर” यूपी के बड़े बदमाश को छोटे तमंचे के साथ पकड़कर जेल भेजा। इस “वीरगाथा” के लिए राठौर को इनाम मिलना चाहिए था लेकिन अगले ही दिन इस प्रभावशाली इंस्पेक्टर को लाइन हाज़िर कर दिया गया।
कहानी का असली क्लाइमेक्स पृष्ठभूमि में छुपा है। पटकथा के अनुसार यह बदमाश भाजपा नेता और स्थानीय निकाय के एक बड़े जनप्रतिनिधि के संपर्क में था, बदमाश उधमसिंह नगर आया और कुछ दिन आराम किया। इस ड्रामे में एक पंचायत प्रतिनिधि के पति भी शामिल है। गिरफ्तारी की भनक लगते ही यूपी STF चीफ और ADG लॉ एंड ऑर्डर अमिताभ यश ने उत्तराखंड पुलिस के सीनियर अफसरों से कड़ी नाराज़गी व्यक्त की। पर्दे के पीछे हो रही किरकिरी के बाद उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने किसी अन्य मामले में विक्रम राठौर को “मात्र लाइन हाजिर” कर अपनी इज्जत बचाई।
यह एक केस स्टडी हो सकती है, यूपी के बदमाशों और उत्तराखंड के सफेदपोशों के बीच गहरे रिश्तों की। और ये कड़ियाँ जब जुड़ेंगी तब “सरकार” हिल उठेगी।
लेकिन बड़ा सवाल यह है कि जिले के पुलिस कप्तान अजय गणपति क्या कर रहे है ? क्या मातहतो पर पकड़ ढीली पड़ गई या कभी टाइट थी ही नहीं।

I have filed #RTI with #LIC for sharing investment details, authority which takes those decisions, losses incurred on it, they have declined to provide the details with following rebuttal.

Affairs of LIC, which is a govt company are carried in a very suspicious way by the management, they are accountable for disclosures but are running away from it.

There are many such companies in which LIC has invested and they have gone bankrupt, but because of non-disclosure of information by LIC, we don't know the quantum of that amount and loss because of investment turning out to be junk.
