@howesiang@cjx91704 [2/2]: My sincere thanks to Prof. K. George Thomas, Prof. J.N. Moorthy, Prof. R.S. Swathi, Prof. @maheshhrn, Prof. Reji Varghese, and Prof. Aditya Lakshmana for organizing this event and giving me an opportunity to present our work.
[1/2] Elated to receive the Best Poster Award at the 13th Asian and Oceanian Photochemistry Conference #APC2025. Thanks to all the organizers for bringing this inspiring event to life. It was wonderful to discuss the work with Akshay, @howesiang, and @cjx91704 .
Successfully defended my PhD!
Grateful to my PI - Dr. Vivek Tiwari @softpolaron for the constant guidance and support. Thankful to my colleagues, friends, and family who supported me on this journey. On to the next chapter!
Thrilled to have received the Best Poster Award at The 9th Asian and Oceanian Spectroscopic Conference #AOSC2025! I'm grateful for the opportunity to present my work. A huge thanks to the organizers (Naresh Patwari, @jd1278 ,@anidchemiitb) and everyone who stopped by to chat.
What does strong quantum beat amplitude and rotational flexibility implicate about the dynamics of intramolecular Singlet Fission? To know more check out my poster CH05-03.03 tomorrow from 5-7 PM at MRS 2025, seattle. #S25MRS@softpolaron
A really exciting unit day.
I thank the dept @_SSCU_IISc for giving me the opportunity to talk about our work on the role of anisotropic quantum beats in Singlet Exciton Fission. I am honoured to receive the oral presentation prize. Thanks @softpolaron for the guidance.
The Solid State & Structural Chemistry Unit welcomes all for the 48th unit day and in-house symposium, starting at 9 am on 13th & 14th December 2024, at AV Rama Rao Auditorium , Chemical Sciences Building, IISc.
Really excited for Asha's Ph.D. Colloquium tomorrow! @ASHA_S_THOMAS along with @sahu_amitav dared to join a research group at T = 0 with nothing but empty space. Hear about Asha's (and @veekunb 's) heroic Ph.D. efforts and some amazing science tomorrow!

Hartman etal. demonstrate (~1950s ) one of the initial photon echo experiments for ruby with only *one* data figure in the paper, which is the pictures of osc_scope showing the delayed bursts of coherent radiation. Solid science backed by crisp evidence. https://t.co/hNBg4RplxS
Interested in knowing how vibrations can help in singlet fission? Come check out poster#2008 in Scimix #ACSSpring2024 on 18th March. Also excited to present our work on the same topic on 20th March in Gregory Voth's honorary session. Read more here: https://t.co/xajO6swqgA.
Our joint work, repetition rate scalable 2D electronic spectroscopy method has been published in @JChemPhys as Feature article. Congrats to @ASHA_S_THOMAS and thanks to @softpolaron for the constant support and guidance.
Our repetition rate scalable approach to 2D electronic spectroscopy with promising future 2D microspectroscopy applications out now in @JChemPhys as Featured article. Congrats and thanks to @veekunb . Cheers to our amazing mentor @softpolaron. Read more at https://t.co/1wTjXSspzE
In a new study, researchers at IISc pinpoint the mechanism that drives the first step of singlet fission.
Their findings provide key insights for designing solar cell materials.

Got an opportunity to present the poster on our recent work at FCSXIV, IISER Mohali and I am happy to share that it has been selected for Dr. R. S. Daryan Student Fellowship. Thanks to @softpolaron for the constant guidance, and the organisers @fcsxiv2023 for the opportunity.
Delighted to share my first published work as the first author where we identify role of vibronic resonances and anisotropic vibronic quantum beats in mediating Singlet Fission. Intra-group collaboration is powerful.
Thanks to @SanjoyP01204283 @sahu_amitav@softpolaron
[1/2] Do vibrational motions matter in driving singlet fission ? If so, wht kind of vibrations and how do I unambiguously distinguish the relevant ones using spectroscopy ? Check out our work to find out.

Grateful for the opportunity to present my work about understanding the role of vibrations in Singlet Fission at the iCOMET2023 conference in Jaipur.
This time, I had a different Deepawali in my childhood dream place, Rajasthan.
Be on the lookout for our work to come online.
