I dont think he missed that many... 9mm is not as great as everybody thinks it is. Plus, somebody on dope or adrenaline can take quite a few 9mms before the blood loss gets to them. Bigger holes means faster leakage. You need very high quality JHPs, but even then... ppl still can keep going. Not trying to be a Fudd, but 45s leave a nice sized hole. 10mm leaves a better hole but then you have to worry about over penetration and most cops dont train enough to control it.
