@bt_uk big thanks to Lee in the complaints departments for resolving a problem in minutes that I've had for weeks having to ring over 6 times and never got sorted. Handled swiftly and a pleasure to deal with.
@bt_uk my double data halo benefit has dropped off my mobile account. Rang 3 times and 3 times been told it will be added back on. Still not there. Not got time to ring you every day to sort this.

@ColliePip We hadn't until Bazil started with diarrhoea back in lockdown. Our vets took ages trying different treatments (over 14 months with no diagnosis) until I kicked off and they got us referred to a specialist, who was wonderful. Heartbreaking when they are poorly β₯οΈ
@bt_uk It would be helpful when you ring and get put on hold to say what number you are in the queue or how long you are expected to hold instead of waiting hours for someone to answer
@bt_uk Howe long does it take you to cancel a broadband upgrade order that your system put the incorrect address on so I can reorder it. Been 5 days now and still can't put a new order in!
@bt_uk trying to upgrade my broadband with you but half way through the order it goes to one touch switching with no options that are relevant as I'm already with you.
